Founded in 2009 as a network of industry experts from well known enterprises in Germany and the USA, SI continously developed and advanced itself into todays format.
While the focus in the beginning was pure strategy consulting for european or american organizations looking for market entry or expansion abroad, the main field of action has since been expanded. By offering the operational concept implementation plus day-to-day interim management of start-up units or „change candidates“ the portfolio has widened. Networking and Connecting Business Partners as well as Venture Capital Scouting today completes the picture.
In 2013 SCHELLERT International expanded it´s regional services into the South East Asia region and in 2016 professional IT-Services for small businesses incl. concept and admin have been added to the offered services in Germany via a partnership with SCHELLERT IT Solutions (www.schellert-its.com). The latest addition is our regional expansion into Southern Europe which has been completed in 2019.

Fred is the founder of SCHELLERT International and driving force
of the network.
Fred´s main roles are in strategy development, business development,
intercultural management and networking for our customers.
His vision for the business is to deliver solid Go-To-Market strategies which
enable customers to experience a successful start-up or change process and
sustainable growth of the business.
Fred´s background is in strategy & business development as well as networking
roles where he spent over 30 years with Draeger. VARTA, Miele & Cie. and
FNT Solutions, working across general management, business development,
product management and Marketing in the US, mainland Europe and Asia Pacific.
Lorenzo is a partner of SCHELLERT International and founder of We.R.Partners.
He has extensive management experience as C.E.O. of several Italian companies where he had the opportunity to deal with relevant restructuring processes, M&A, strong Sales and StartUp development, both in B2C and B2B environments.
He has long-standing expertise in sales, marketing and logistics, developed at
market leader multinational companies and in well known medium sized Italian companies (durable consumer goods, information technology, FMCG, office supplies).
He lived and worked in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and France and speaks Italian, English and German. As founder of We. R. Partners he provides business consultancy services as well as training and education. He offers a unique combination of strategic thinking, communication skills and extensive operational expertise (let's make things happen).
Lorenzo, jointly with Interattiva Network and Studio Groenlandia Academy is also publisher of a
series of online courses dedicated to technical professionals.

Jeff is a partner of SCHELLERT International and co-founder of B90 Consulting.
Jeff provides USA on-location support building and leading organizational teams (executive, sales, operational) resulting in the development of new revenue streams.
With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, Jeff is consistently attaining
record-breaking growth and profit objective for privately-held Industrial and CPG
organizations. He has been instrumental in identifying and deploying strategic partnerships with Fortune companies.
Jeff has a strong background in establishing internal procedures, building and leading high-performing sales teams (internal and independent) and closing major, national, and international accounts in the Americas.

Markus is a partner of SCHELLERT International and founder of PlusConcept Singapore
Markus focus is on-location support in Asia inclusive business development, market research,
networking as well as operational tasks for client companies.
Markus‘ corporate background is in marketing, consulting and business establishment in Asia. He was involved in a variety of change management, organizational set-up and
transformation projects. His entrepreneurial backround includes start-ups, digital platforms, co-working spaces and market entry consultancy.
Markus has a strong Asia and cross cultural focus and worked in countries like China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and Singapore.
